Cancellation Policy
To ensure the best possible experience for all our clients, we kindly ask that you read and respect the following booking policy: Appointments can be made online, via our whatsapp, or by phone. Once confirmed, your time slot is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly request that any cancellations or changes be made at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the slot to another client. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened out of respect for the next client. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be considered a no-show. Clients who do not show up without notice will be marked as a no-show. Repeated no-shows may result in being blacklisted, meaning future bookings will only be accepted with prepayment. We only accept card payments. Cash is not accepted.
